Suggested Changes to History Tree for Easier Workflow in .IPTs

Suggested changes are:

1. Make the top section of the history tree "dockable" so that the controls within are easily accessible in larger .IPTs without having to waste time continually scrolling to the top of the list to access.

2. Move the "View" rollout directly below the related "Model States" rollout. These are very often accessed in tandem and when the "Blocks" and/or "Solid Bodies" rollout is expanded, it can separate them by quite a bit. Less of an issue than #1, but would still save time accessing.

this is a good ides to put the Model States and View next to each other.

in regards to a dockable option for Folders, because if you expaned a folder it will take up most of the model tree view.

Maybe do like autocad layers and have an option for a second tab for all folders, or a Icon under the View Tab.

I understand the issue of scrolling up and down with large part files, I see the same thing.

I posted before about Drawing Sheet Change, maybe something like adding icons to the top of the history to allow for a poop out of Model States, View, Solid Bodies, Blocks, etc. could add a floating pop out that would have what is needed.

@kacper.suchomski Dang - thought I had searched for a similar idea to comment on. This whole system leaves a bit to be desired. Wonder how many similar (or even identical) ideas do not get proper vote accounting because they should be combined. Thanks for the URLs - guess I'll head over and vote on those too LOL!

As of today 2024-08-10, 38 combined votes. Fairly respectable number. Not sure what the development team needs before they actually consider an idea. Kind of tough to get to any quantity of votes when such similar (identical) ideas are split up. Thanks!
