Sketcher again!

Sketcher again!

Another sketcher issue (I cannot find a logical reason of current sketcher TRIM command). Let me explain. make a circle, draw a line fron the center of the circle at a given angle but longer than the circle radius, dimension the angle of the line and, say, the X axis. then TRIM the line up to the circle, the dimension IS LOST!!! SOLVE THIS!  ans this is just a poor example. this behaviour occurs everytime you trim something what was previously dimensioned/constrained!

Maybe you could post your steps on this and which version you are using.  I just tried this in 2014 and it keeps the Dimension without fail.  This might have been an under the hood enhancement in 2014 because I recall having more problems with TRIM in the past.

one simple example

I attach a picture of a sketch in different steps. yellow rhomb in places of dimensions which the system erase, red hexagon, the dim that stays even the trim was done ... different behaviour. IV Pro 13 (it sounds better than 2013:D )trim.png
