Option to Lock Boolean Selection: New Solid

When working with the boolean 'new solid' option within the extrude properties panel it would be great to have the option to lock the current selection for a quicker workflow. 

Currently the process is: I select 'new solid' hit apply which causes the property panel to reset my selection and if i wanted another solid body I would have to select the new solid body icon again! 😕

Now imagine the pain I have to go through to create 10 new solid bodies. Adding something to the properties panel like a lock icon, a tick box etc will improve the Multi-body workflow especially now that Inventor 2020 can see intersecting profiles.

i know your pain. creating a BUILDING with hundreds of new solids. it still gets me often. get in the groove all the sudden all my beams are of the same body or a mash of a few here and there.
