Lock Objects Movement to be Horizontally/Vertically by CTRL key.
Use a CTRL key to lock of the movement of any Object (Drawing View, Symbol, Note, Ballon, Sketch object, ...) to be Horizontal or Vertical. Any object that can be moved by Drag&Drop should react to CTRL modifier when moved.
