Control location Break lines with a sketch

In a drawing file there's no way to control the location of a Break in a drawing view.  With a Detail view you can set an attach point.  A section view allows you to edit the section line sketch and constrain it to view geometry.  There's no control for a Break.

Many times we'll change or stretch a part and key geometry is swallowed up by the break.  If a detailer doesn't know it's there we could miss it in the drawing.

I would prefer the control that the Section views give, but I'll take anything at this point.

It would be of benefit if within the drawing environment you could add a break view for large parts and have the ability to Edit that break so that it can have dimensions placed from the ends of the part. This could allow for parts to grow or shrink and the drawing view can remain the same. This functionality would be similar to editing the section view were you can create points of reference for the section endpoints.

The current Break command does not allow for the ability to lock it into a position. I deal with long sheet metal parts and the break lines often get messed up when the parts change in length or width and cover up details that need to be visible. in saying that I also have portions of parts where there is no need for detail visibility and being able to lock the break to that defined area would be of benefit. This also would allow for the scaling of the part to be the same regardless of the change to the part. 

In the section views you are able to edit that break and define where the section limits occur so if the part changes the section view updates reflective of those changes.
