Adapt or modify extension line in drawing

Extension lines in drawing are automatically hide behind cotation.

However, the extension line should also be hidden by the dimension line.

The result I would like to have :

So, I would like to manage how the extension line is hidden.

It could be an option "Create or modify extension line openings" (as Catia software do).

Or it could be manage with style.

For now, I hide the extension ligne, create a sketch in the view and create some lines manually.
