I noticed you can only use the mark command using a sketch, it would be nice to be able to select edges on a surface for instance, so if you have an obscure shape intersecting the mark you want to mark you can just trim the surface and use that edge as the mark. This can be easily overcome on a flat part but I'm trying to mark a rolling which makes setting up and sketch on the intersection of the solid and the surface difficult.
