Access Iproperties from the parts list

Right click on the part, easy access to Iproperties and do modifications :

Maybe we could have a button like "Save Override to BOM" but instead it's "Save Override Iproperties"

The "Iproperties" should be in the top of the menu like in between "Visible" and "Wrap table at row"

First thanks for implementing this idea. I have a slight improvment tho. Could it be possible to open the Iproperties without closing the part list. The point of this was to quickly change my iproperties but the part list is closing so I need to reopen it everytime.. Thanks

@MKE_Howard thank you for the feedback! We can also access the iProperties dialog without part list dialog launching, and you could have a try.
