Wire Rope Assembly with Pulleys

I want to assemble wire rope attached to pulleys. one pulley is fixed and the other is free movement. what is want is that when I move the free pulley, the wire rope is extending or stretching in a free manner just like a cylinder stroke. is that possible in inventor?
