@Nauris47

Wouldn't the geometry self-intersect?

Have you installed all Updates for 2023?

Is your Sketch2 fully defined?

Did you intend for these lines to be Tangent to the circles?

JDMather_0-1684249629015.png

I suspect your Design Intent could used Place Fillet Features rather than these circles?

Missing a lot of Tangents?

Did you intend for these to be lines or to be arcs?

Exactly what are you attempting to model?

Do you have a picture of something similar from the real world?

Is something like this what you are attempting to model?

Thanks for the reply @JDMather,

I have installed all the updates.

Yes the lines are tangent to the circles. I dont think the geometry should self-intersect.

Even if i fully define the sketch, it wont let me sweep the profile.

Sorry somehow i either missed the half of your message, or you edited at the time i wrote an answer.

Im trying to model a bath tub seating something like this in the picture below:

Yes @JDMather, exactly. Could you tell me what is the problem with my sketch ?

When did you Update?

iProperties would seem to indicate otherwise.

They aren't lines.

They are arcs and they aren't Tangent? (not even close)

Attach your file here with fully defined sketches and I will demonstrate the solution.

Missing Tangent Constraints and logical dimensions (that can be measured in the real world).

How will this dimension be measured in the real world?

Is this line supposed to be Tangent?

So i fixed all dimensions so that they are "whole", without any decimals. I drew the lines and put tangent constraint to lines and circles.

Let's try again.

Is the line shown in red supposed to be Tangent at both circles? (It isn't tangent at the R75 circle.)

What is the purpose of the 50mm line? (Don't erase it - we will need it, I just want to know where the 50mm dimension came from).

Yes the red line should be tangent to both circles, and the 50mm line was a left over from fixing a sketch, i just realised it now, as it was hiding on dimension lines.

here is the file with 50mm line, it came from before sketch, i just drew this line so i know where the center point of the circle will be.
