I place the "Weld All around" symbol on a weld quite often. I just edited a
weld note that was "Weld All around" and the "Weld All around" was removed
when I did the edit. I tried it on several different welds and a couple
different welded parts and they all behaved the same way. If I make any
change to the weld, the "Weld All around" symbol is removed.
Is this a new "feature" of R8 or a bug?
