Parts list to title

Hi,
I have an idw including an IAM file. IV fills the parts list with item, quantity and other custom props. Now, i am going to prepare an IDW from a part which is in the IAM. Is it possible to include automatically the info (item, quantity...) coming from the parts list in to the title block of the single parts IDW?

You would need to have the "property Fields" placed in the drawing. If you have them in your title block when you start the drawing, then bringing the part in will propagate the properties. Hi Alan,
With the custom properties it is OK. But what about the item number and quantity which is coming from the IAMs part list?

I think you can still get quantity....although you may have to do a custom prop for that as well...Item number I'm not sure...so far I have not worried about that yet. May be worth looking into...as I am being asked to place all the parts on a single sheet...ala ACAD. If anyone else knows the answer I'd be interested.
