Save Copy As... and select Bitmap. Click the options button and set the
desired resolution (3096x2048 for example). You can then convert this
bitmap to a tiff file using your favourite image editing program (Photoshop,
Corel, Paintshop Pro etc).

Yes. If you have Full Acrobat, you can print to PDF, then open in
Acrobat and Save As Tif. This wil most likely yeild the best results,
but save as bmp and/or jpeg from IV will also work for later conversion
to tif.
