Update template on batch of files

Hello,

I've looked through several post, but can't seem to find a solution to what I want to do.

I have updated all standard templates (.idw, .ipt, .iam), and now I want these templates on all our existing files.

The closest post I've found is this one.

It seems like neither Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard, Design Assistant or Task Scheduler can swap template including iLogic Rules and Forms (not external rules).

Any help is appriciated, thanks!

Hi Christian,

Besides Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard, I am not aware of a tool transferring settings from a template to a bunch of files. You may need to write code using Inventor API. Another option is to check Autodesk Inventor App store. I did a quick search but I did not find anything relevant.
