Hi All,
I have a situation where I a have a 'sort of' A-Frame with a series of brackets off the sides, which are at differing angles (see attached below)and needs individual angles dimensiones. If I project a view to the right, then all my brackets naturally sit at an angle to the view plane. I tried using Auciliary view to project a angled view, however it came out at some funcky angle on my drawing. Is there a way to get a view which is perpendicular to the angle of my A-Frame, but is however neatly to the right and in line with my original view?
Thanks in advance!
Jakob

In 2016 When you place a view or edit one (that doesn't have section views) a view cube should appear to the top and right of it. Click the dropdown arrow there and select "Custom View Orientation". Then use Look Up on the surface you want to be perpindicular to. Finsh the Custom View and you are good to go!
Justin,
Unfortunately not running 2016, but 2015. Sounds very similar to the view cube function in Solidworks though.
Cheers.
