Hi,
I'm instructing our userbase to remove older versions of their PC using the uninstall tool.
A user reported back to me that she can not uninstall, as the button is greyed out. What's the root cause of it? Solution?

I don't know what causes it to be disabled, but I think the quickest way forward would be to simply re-boot the computer, then try again. If that doesn't do it, perhaps it is a permissions issue, that the user does not have administrator privileges.

Hi! I have not seen this behavior before either. Like Sam mentioned, it is probably UAC or User Profile related. What about uninstalling from Control Panel -> Programs and Features?
Maybe you need to run Autodesk Uninstall Tool as an Admin.
Many thanks!
Well, indeed a reboot did the trick here.
User just reported back to me. Thanks for the tip!
The issue still persists.
I have several 2023 versions installed (Inventor, Mechanical, etc.), which do not display:
Neither a reboot or "Run As Admin.." affects the list.
Hi! Starting from 2022 product line, the install process has been changed. The Uninstall Tool no longer supports newer products.
Many thanks!
