Text height does not match Text Style

I am setting up title block templates to match our AutoCad templates.

I started a new IDW and began to edit the styles. I set up text styles to match the text formatting of our AutoCad templates.

One of the styles I set up was RomanD at 0.240" text height.

I started to create the drawing border under the drawing resources in the browser.

I used the 'define new zone border' tool. Within that tool you are supposed to define 'default drawing border parameters'.

One of the options is to use your text styles for the sheet zone labels.

So I select my RomanD 0.24" style. The drawing border is created, the text style is used, BUT the text height does not match that of my selected style.

The text height is 0.18" rather than 0.24". To fix this, I now have to edit each individual zone labels and manually set the text height. This essentially makes setting up text styles useless to me.

Is there something I am missing?

Also, now when I edit the text height, the 'Style' drop-down menu is greyed out.

How about changing the Note-size? just have a try.

if you have difference text height in Title Block style, optional are:

1. You must create Text Style each Text Height, (after create a text, you cant change text style to change text height, still use manually change and become "override style")

or

2. Make Only 1 Text Style for provide difference Text Height. (You can manually change text height when create a Text later)

What you behavior, make you easily to modify text height are option 1 or 2?
