Is there a Technical Support number for Inventor or Autodesk Operator? Been on the site for 15 minutes and can't find anything.

 

(would be nice to add something, see examples below)

 

http://dentrix.com/support/contact       <- Very Simple but easy to use. Operator transfers you if you need billing support instead.

 

https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact#       <- Asks 3 questions first to make sure you are going to the right place.

Welcome to the community...

 

In addition to @mcgyvr and @Curtis_Waguespack information..  Your Autodesk support is based on what you purchased..

 

If you have an active subscription (maintenance or term) you get free basic web support through your Autodesk Account.  However this is automatically assigned to the person or persons that are assigned the contract admin and software coordinator of your subscription.   Individual accounts of the subscription must be granted this benefit by the contract admin.  Basically you log support issue through your Autodesk Account.

 

If you purchased advanced support then the contract admin of your subscription will have a express ID # and the phone # you will use.  This gives you one on one access for support

 

If you purchase certain products like Acad LT, Revit LT and etc, you automatically get free adv support as I indicated above.

 

In addition certain resellers offer technical support as well.  It may be free and others may charge for it.  Do you have a reseller?

 

If you are using a trial version or educational (free) version then you support is limited since you have a free product.

If you don't have one, you may be able to purchase a Maintainance Plan from Autodesk with phone support.

Did you purchase the software through a reseller?  Our reseller offers phone support for an additional fee as well.
