Sketch display setting help please

We recently upgraded to 2019 from 2016, I imported my settings but as per usual jumping that many versions a lot of them did not apply.

It is not a big deal but when I edit a part in an assembly, the parts not being edited would go somewhat transparent in 2016. This does not happen in 2019, what setting am I looking for?

Thanks for any help

This should be the setting you are looking for.  Application Options are found under the Tools tab.

@Cadmantois correct, my setting is for the "amount" of transparency.  Sorry about that.

If you would prefer a "toggle" you can dock these two buttons anywhere on your ribbon.
