Rotating a part in a linear pattern

Hello!

Is it possible to rotate a part in a linear pattern? I am currently drawing a V6 from a tutorial in SolidWorks and making the camshaft and crankshaft. I noticed that in the video he was rotating the part around an axis in his linear pattern. Is there a similar action in Inventor or do I have to make an Assembly and rotate them manually?

This is the tutorial I was following. Camshaft is at 1h 48 min.

Hi!

What you see at minute 1h48m, is not a pattern, is a copy.

Later there's a pattern in part context.

You can do similar task in inventor.

Hi! Another workflow to consider is Move Bodies (solids and surfaces are allowed).

Many thanks!
