removing quotes from angle dimensions and hole dimensions

in the attached image, i keep having quotes in my hole dims and my angle dims. if i edit my dim styles and remove the quote from the "suffix" box in the text tab, the quotes also are removed from my linear dims. where do i go to remove the quotes from my hole and angle dims but keep them in my linear dims? thanks

HI @andrew.nao ,

Going from memory, the solution is to create 2 dims styles on that has the suffix and one that does not, then assign the one without to the dimension types that you do not want the suffix on,  using the Object Defaults to do the assigning.

Hi Andrew,

I don't think you are using the best workflow here. In the drawing, go to Manage -> Styles and Standard Editor -> find the dimension style of interest -> change the unit to "ft" -> set Linear to Fraction and use appropriate precision. The quote will appear in the dimension but not in the hole note.

hi, thanks. that worked but it there a way to keep it in just inches? and not use feet and inches? so if i get 2'-7" i need it to be 37" thank you for your help

Unfortunately, I am not aware of other ways to enable "double quote" for inch without showing "single quote" for foot.
