I don't find support requests page, so thank you to forward to good adressee please.

I nedd to know exact internet sites where Inventor updates are downloaded in order to say to my antivirus to allow my computer to go on them.

You can download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Please disable your firewall and antivirus programs before the installation.

Hello Neil, thank you for updates downloads address, but instead of using manual method, I would like to use the automatic tool supplied with Autodesk Design Product. I need so addresses the tool uses to connect to download (see picture below).

So I must supply my factory network administrator links to allow my computer to connect to them.

I believe you want to auto update all the fixes and service packs and your network admin wants to access those URLs to initiate auto download. You may want to use our Autodesk desktop app and create exception for it using your network admin login. This software would help you to download the updates.
