Problem with doing a fillet between two circular lofts.

Hello I'm doing a plane *toy*. Started the front part of the plane with a revolve , same thing back of the plane. And made lofts between those with helt of lines and circles.

Then a thikend the surfaces, on the top is a revovle and to be able to make that fillet I had to make fillet on the edge on the circle solids.

I tried to make a revolve lower middle part of the plane and make a fillet. But there is a crack so I can't make a fillet.

Tried to make a fillet between the two circular lofts thicken solids but only get one on the top of the circle.

Is there someone that may now the reason for this problem?

Pleas contact me

Kind regards

Jasmine Persson

Hi! I guess you are talking about Fillet 9, right? Typically Face Fillet only one side. In this case, the fillet will need to be two surfaces connected by two vertices. This is call non-manifold surface. You will have to use Edge Fillet to round off the other side.

Many thanks!
