Point Clouds

I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how in the world the user in this video is automatically generating those parts from a point cloud?  To be honest it looks like witchcraft.

It has something to do with RECAP...   But I'm not sure where those commands are coming from in the Inventor ribbon...
