No "Stress analysis simulation" menu in inventor 2018

I use the Inventor Professional 2018 but was not able to find "Stress analysis simulation" tab/bottom/menu anywhere in my software, in Add-ins shows "Simulation: Stress Analysis:  Automatic/Loaded" but can not find it anywhere to use it

Does it actually say Inventor or Inventor Professional in the title bar of the application?

The title bar shows "Autodesk Inventor 2018", but License page Shows "Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018", please check attached Screen Shot

There's nothing attached...  Did you reply via email?  If you did, don't..  Return to the forum and reply directly there.   Anyhow when you installed you select to install Inventor and not Inventor Pro.  Meaning there's an option there.  At this point you will have to uninstall and reinstall and make sure to select Inventor Pro in the installation steps.

It looks like it does not sent the attachments via the email, Title bar says Inventor 2018, License Page is Inventor Professional 2018

You will need to do what @Mark.Lancaster said.
Reinstall, and dont forget to select Inventor Professional.
