Losing Application/Menu settings

Everytime Inventor crashes or I shut down I have to set all my menu's back up.

That includes dragging Macro's back on and setting enviroment back up in menu's customize.

This happens on one computer of 40 setup close to identical...ideas?

Thanks

I would bet that it has to do with windows user
permissions / security settings.  Is it happening when a particular
person logs in?  Try using a different account on the same machine and the
same account on a different machine to test.

As a temporary solution Export the Application Settings, then Import them to
recover your settings.

All menu settings/changes are saved apon a proper exit/close of IV. Export
as directed, or make changes, then close before you open a IPT, IAM or IDW.
