Line for surface symbols acc ISO 21920

This has probably been asked plenty of times, and I see there is an ongoing case with Autodesk.
But does anyone have a way of adding the line above the symbols correctly??

Currently I just use a double underscore, but the distances does not get correct according to the parameters set in the standard.

My dream is that there will come a toggle on/off gagdet (or drop-down menu) in the surface symbol pop-up menu 👍
