Limit restriction when giving assembly to another person

Hi all,

I am currently drawing a frame for an actuator that has a few moving pieces while most of the drawing is rigid and fixed (with constraints) so that it mimic real life

What I would like to do is give other students a copy of this drawing but only allow them to modify a select few constraints so that the bulk of the drawing is locked down and they cannot change it.

I thought this would be possible through some for of Author permissions or similar but I haven't been able to find anything so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Alex

Unfortunately not. The best you could do is create a iLogic form with the parameters that you want them to change.

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
