Hello community,

are the Azure VM Tesla graphics cards already certified by Autodesk? Or is there a recommended configuration? We're hesitant to test something that might not work well later, or where we might only get limited support from Autodesk due to the graphics cards not being certified.

On the other hand, we could also use hardware at the workstation. But at the moment, it seems that Autodesk-certified graphics cards are hard to come by. What has been your experience and how have you solved it?

Okay, that's unfortunately not the answer I was hoping for. Since there are no further answers on this topic, I'll summarize it as there is no working and certified construct from Autodesk that works with the Autodesk software and Microsoft Azure.

Doesn’t mean it won’t work

I use a geforce rtx card which has never been certified but works fine

Hi! The graphics card vendors choose which cards to go through graphics card certification process. As long as a graphics card has adequate RAM (per Inventor system requirements) and it is supported by Windows, it should just work. The card's reliability, stability, and performance would be a separate issue.

Many thanks!
