Middle Mouse Button configuration options are missing after fresh installation - any ideas?

Try the latest service pack/update on Inv. 2021. This might be only in Inv. 2022:

Hi! The ability was added in 2022, not available in 2021 or earlier.

Hi! I am sorry I got confused. This feature was added to Inventor 2021.1 update (and also 2022). As long as you have 2021.1 or later updates, the option should be available. Here is the "What's new" for 2021.1.
