Inventor Studio move animation within timeline or insert frames.

I am working on a quite large animation (+- 240 seconds) with a lot of different animations in it. I want to insert a new Parameter-animation in the beginning of the timeline. Is it possible to insert frames in the timeline or select all the animations without selecting one by one and move all to the right?

The screenshot is only a small part of the complete animation.

In the "time" section of the animate dialog you can choose "specify" to insert the animation at the time you want.
As for moving everything else to the right...
You can multi-select (hold CTRL) the blue bars and then drag them to their new position...

@-niels- I can select each item individualy with CTRL, but there are a lot of them so that's not working for me. There is no window select or select all option that i know off. And the Insert at a specific time is not moving the existing items to the right. I'm hoping for a working solution for this large simulation.

I've been messing about for a bit and i can't find a way to do what you want either.
There is no "shift to right" insert functionality and no multi-select in the timeline window that i could find.
So other than, very patiently, selecting all your movements with CTRL and moving them i wouldn't know how else to approach this.

It does sound like a good enhancement request for the ideastation though, so if you post it there and link back i'll be sure to vote for it.

I got the feeling that they stoped modifying Inventor Studio right after the first release, at least the last few years i haven't seen any changes. And the look and feel of the Studio environment is also quit old. If there was a way to control the animations with an Api, then that would be an option but that's not posible.
I will create an Ideastation request, and post a link here.

Thanks for the help so far Niels, and if someone else knows a trick, let me know please.

I am having the same problem 3 years later.

It would be nice if they added some simple functionality.

Hi! Did you ever solve this? I tryed to do it by API, but I can not access the animations or animationfavorites.

New capabilities have been added to Inventor Studio.

I'm not sure when they were added, but 2022 has them.

It is now possible to copy and paste commands as well as control / shift select commands.

It is much easier to work with long animations now.

Hmm, I haven't seen any improvements the last couple of years. Select all after like in presentation would be a miracle!
