Inventor PRO doesn't launch

Hello, everybody!

I have installed the educational version of Inventor PRO 2018, but it doesn't launch. So, I click the icon, see the Inventor picture for 2-3 seconds and the program closes by itself!

I hope, somebody knows, how to solve this problem. Offical chat doesn't work too. My email request hasn't been answered.

Did it ever work properly?

Have you tried the Inventor Reset Utility or the Inventor Repair / Reinstall from the control panel - program features first?
