Inventor Library not loading because of DwgTrans.dll?

When I try to load a file on my computer, Inventor says it can't load because of DwgTrans.dll(even though I checked and the file was there/existed). But when I try to open the same file on another computer, it works. Anyone know why this is happening?

Hi! This is probably a corrupted install. Please uninstall Inventor 2025 completely. Install all critical Windows updates and use Microsoft Disk Cleanup to remove all cached files. Reboot and install Inventor 2025 again. Apply the latest Inventor 2025.2.1 update.
