Inventor hanging issue

I'm having an issue, if I try to do some actions that require a secondary window to open, the program hangs, and will only start running when I hit escape. This happens when I press 'New', and when I try to replace model reference. It seems that it opens the window, but it doesn't appear anywhere on my computer, even when I alt+tab.

Hi!

Sometimes, when we use more then one monitor, after disconnect the extra monitors some windows open outside of the main monitor... "as if they are opening in a phantom monitor".

If you think that "new window" is opening outside your monitor, do this:

1. Open the action (new file, replace, etc)
2. Click ALT+SPACE+M at the same time
3. Click one of the direction arrow key
4. Move your mouse to bring the window to your monitor (don't press any mouse key, just drag)
