When I start Inventor I receive the following error:
Inventor is not able to detect vba on your system.
How can I solve this

You will need to locate the Inventor install media (download/extracted folder). Go to the following folder and find the appropriate msi.
\Setup\3rdParty\x64\VBA
Which msi to use depends on your locale. You need to check https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms912047(v=winembedded.10).aspx to find the proper locale id.
