Interference

Cap and Screw were sketch according to given dimension. But interference was detected. How to fix this problem?

You don't

You have a threaded hole properly done right?

and you have  the correct thread on the set screw right?

You see the min for the hole ...and the max shown on the set screw

Even though I am able to fix the error using “Analyze Interference Tips”. I am not able to see any changes in the mode window.

did you change the setting like the blog pointed out ..?

Blog’s Document Settings window is bit different from mine. I only changed minor to major.
