Incorrect Bend Direction in Flat Pattern

I have this part that one of my guys sent out into out shop, part was CNC cut, and blueprints were handed to our press break operator. Upon assembly we noticed this part, it seems to backwards. The Actual Part matches the flat pattern with bend notes but it seems the flat pattern is reversed from even what the model shows in the sheet metal part. I can upload all the files, but i was hoping someone could explain a potential reason for this so i can prevent it in the future, to my knowledge ive never had it make an incorrect flat pattern as far as bend orientation and direction are concerned

probelm file is: "pie cut  - 4 - Hook"

Perhaps the A-side has been flipped/opposite than what needs to be up:

Hi Dustin,

It does look like a bug to me. It seems that either the bend direction is flipped or somehow the tagging was carried over from the source part orientation.

Interestingly, if I delete the flat pattern and add an A-Side definition, the Bend Note will be correct.

Many thanks!
