iMate

Hi,

I hope i'm doing something wrong and someone can help me.

When I place the Steen.ipt in the assembly Stenen.iam and use the "Automatically generate iMates on Place" the first Steen goes correct.

I like to have face 2 flush with 2, 4 flush with 4 and 1 and 6 towards each other.

Now when I place a third Steen there will only be one iMate, the fourth will be connected correct to the third.

How can I fix this that all the parts will be on top of each other?

Robert

I'm not sure if I follow you, if you use the up/down/left/right arrows on keyboard you can get them to flip around.  Does that do what you want it to?

Hi Robert,

I am not sure I am seeing the undesirable behavior. Here is what I did.

1) Open Stenen.iam

2) Place Steen once.

3) Keep clicking left mouse button at graphics window. It cycles through the remaining iMate and continue to next occurrence.

The dice keeps stacking up.

Is this not what you are seeing?

Many thanks!

Yes that's what I want.

But the third is not complete fixed to the second.

I like them to be fixed like the first and second.
