iAssembly include/Exclude Drop down for not showing for a component

Hi Guys,

I have a few components on iAssembly. On the authoring table, I can see a drop-down of include/exclude for almost all components except this one component. Can's understand why?

This is a simple component. Not from a pattern.

Can anyone here tell why it's missing the drop-down to show include/exclude?

Also, I tried using a spreadsheet and changed the desired ones to include and exclude. Seems it doesn't obey the table.

Why is this happening?

more details to add...

While all of my parts are sitting in the excluded tab. I observed that the problem part is sitting in the "Others" tab.

Hello @CAD-One,

How about creating a new assembly and place this part in only and try to author iAssembly, does it work?

If not, please upload the part file here or direct to me via xun.zhang@autodesk.com.

Hope it helps!

Hi! I have seen this kind of behavior before. It is either a bug or a limitation. Something was not set right. Please share an example (iam and ipt files).

Many thanks!

Resolved this. The file name was the culprit.

For some reason, the problem files were starting with an unwanted "space".

Renamed the file & everything working now.
