Then I can't find any other way but find coordinates for every bending points, create 3d sketch line by using coordinate points and draw circle as wire in the end and then sweep the circle and use line as path.

There is much even features and you could use retangular pattern -tool to create more of those, then you don't have to sketch all of those features but only one.

There must be several ways to do it but here is one to make of those kind of things and I'm guessing that there isn't any "easy" way out.

I don't know your experience with Inventor so be lenient. 🙂

1. First you have to create enough of 3d sketches

 01 Create 3D sketches.png

2. After that you'll create coordinates in excel sheet for each point you're going to use afterwards

03 Import 3D points from Excel.PNG

02 Create 3D points in Excel_.png

3. Then you'll import those points to the 3D sketch

04 points in 3D sketch.PNG

4. Use Line and Acr Center Point tools to create solid line

05 draw line by Line and Arc Center Point.png

5. Create 2d sketch for circle which going to be wire

06 Create 2D sketch for circle.png

6. Sweep the circle (Profile) via line (Path)

07 Sweep circle (profile) via line (path).png

8. Create an assembly file and Place enough of those net parts

08 Place enough pins to the assembly.png

9. Create relations between these parts

09 assembled net.png

Of course you could sweep whole net at once but there will be thousands on points and it would be quite difficult to think..

I hope this helped you bit further. In attached zip-file you'll find all these files

I would use a cosmetic texture rather than model the geometry, but if you really want to model - see attached.

Sorry, can't do that. What I was trying to do, was to teach how you could do it by yourself and learn how to use this tool.

No one do my job for me, therefore I don't do other's work. At least not without proper salary.
