Get Model Sketches -> Restart/Reload

[FS!]

I have a 3D model which I created a technical drawing using Get Model Sketches and everything is fine.

Afterward, I modified my 3D model to generate another technical drawing, and some details I need to redo because planes and views were changed.

Now I need to retrieve the altered sketches that didn't come automatically.

So, is it possible to Restart/Reload Get Model Sketches to get the information updated?

Just a guess, but are the new sketches perfect flat to the old drawing views.  Believe get model sketches is just a flag letting Inventor know to include them.  If new sketches are added, they should automatically be added to the browser assuming they are flat to the drawing view.  Attached screen capture shows 2 view with model sketches included on both.  Unfortunately, the browser only includes sketches that are perfectly flat to the drawing view.  Fairly limiting when doing some more complicated documentation of sketch geometry, but its how the software works.

I agree.

But when I changed my 3D model (few planes and angles), I set the sketch plan as front view (again) as I did on the anterior version (before the changes).
And I believe that by doing that I could get the sketches to enable again to use in drawing. But I can't.

I'm finding something like an F5 that refreshes a page on the browser. 🙂

Hi! This looks like a bug to me. The option should be enabled unless the sketches have been retrieved. If possible, please share an example that exhibits the behavior.

I had similar issue. Sketch didn't want to update in drawing. (i've change the color of some lines).

removing include and put it back solved it in my case
