Hey Everyone!

Sadly, no pictures from me this week.

Been busy setting up a test server for Vault 2021 in the hope we'll upgrade in the near future, but that left little time inbetween the normal drawing work for making something nice.

And at home i didn't design or print anything made by myself either, though i did print some nice stuff.

(not going to post pictures because nothing Autodesk related was involved... unless requested 😉)

So i hope someone has some pictures they can show to brighten up this Friday.

Have a nice weekend!

Last night I dug out an old model, swapped out the 6-petal version for the 12-petal version and rendered this animation. I animate a pos-rep and not individual flowers (that's for another time), the camera, and a local light.

I am also using, tada! the Dark theme which provides a nice contrast with the component colors.

Have the best weekend you can.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend,

Started working on a friends birthday present which is coming up next month so I thought I'd give myself a project.

Background: I'm part of a Dungeons and Dragons Campaign and my friend is a big fan of Critical Role, so I thought I'd make him something inspired... Plus it's an excuse to get a plasma cutter out 🙂

Obviously quite a lot of work to do - I did make an edit post CAD to keep the middle of the R from falling out 🙂

So over the next few weeks I'll be filing in the details then hitting it with the grinder to remove all the burrs and get an even brushed/satin finish.
