Drawing - Full assembly not showing

Version 2023;

I want to make a drawing from an assembly. However, when I import the assembly into the drawings, the entire assembly is not shown; some of the parts do not how. How do I fix this?

Please see attached images.

I'm not sure anyone can diagnose the problem without a lot more information.  Best would be if you could Zip and post the whole assembly, but maybe we could get enough information from screen shots of the drawing browser that indicate which parts are not showing.

One possibility, from Screenshot 2022-05-04 072027.png: do you have transparent panels in your enclosure?  Unless you have set the panel components to Transparent, they will appear opaque in drawing views.  This should be done in the assembly, if the drawing view is associative to an assembly view rep, or in the drawing if the view is not associative.

I have added a zip file of the whole assembly, hopefully, that will help.

That helps, and it is exactly as I wrote previously-- set the Perspex panels to be transparent, and you can see what's behind them in the drawing view.

You have two choices:

  1. in the assembly and set the drawing view(s) to be associative

  2. In the drawing, not associative to the assembly view rep

In either case, select the panels, right click and choose Transparent.
