I have tried to number what i most of the time fill in pr. sheet to get them to the top. But it does not work. And reorder prompted entries only show those two. Any way to get them to the top?

Hi! I believe it is by creation order. There is no way to sort it unfortunately.

Many thanks!

Instead of prompted entries, you could make them all regular iproperties or custom iproperties. Then they will be accessible through vault in a mass edit if needed, but you can also then make an ilogic form to put them into whatever order you want. Just a thought.
