Constraint moving opposite direction

Please see the attached image, the inner pipe should move upwards, but it goes opposite direction. How to fix ?

That's hard to tell without looking at the files and their constraints

I have never had a logic assembly that did not work.

Please see the attached compressed file.

When the Position in Master the top inner tube move towards down ( mate constraint +400)

Again the max it goes towards up ( mate constraint +400 ) .

If you compressed ALL of the files, why are some showing as Unresolved?
