Hallo all
I have a problem were I would like to take cut away something from a part using the combine tool.
it´s like a really complex male and female connector, where I have made the male part, and now I would like to cut away for the female part using the male part.
I have tried to make itwhit a pattern, and that dont work so it fit´s 100%
I have never made 2 solid in a ipt, an´d can´t seam to get it right.
what I really would like is to make an assembly, insert 2 of the parts, place them so the geometri is a littel in the end of the next part, and just cut away the intersecting geometri, and same the right part of thoes 2. but you can´t do that in a assembly, and I don´t know how I do it in a part.
I´m afraid I can´t show you the part I´m working on, but I guess the procedure woud be the same as this simpel example I show here.
1 thing to keep in mind, I can´t draw the part once more inside the part to combine, it must be some sort of copy/pattern (I wont / to time comsuming)
