Chamfer bended L sheet metal

I was looking for the easiest way to chamfer a bended L plate, so I can put 4 of these in a square. Should include spacing to weld properly with respect to outer dimension 300mm.

Many Thanks for helping

IV can do all 4 sides at once.

Maybe cut out what you don't need?

Hi!

The "problem" in this case is the cut in the fold... it must be created in a particular way so we can flat the part later.
Fortunately, the cut tool has that option available to cut across the bend. (No unfold/refold needed)

This is what I should use to achieve this part.

I would just create it as a multibody sheet metal part, and then make part from one of the sides and pattern it.

Then it's easy to go back and adjust the reliefs etc as you need.
