Can I simulate airflow from a propeller around objects?

Can Inventor be used to model the airflow path around objects - like a wind tunnel?  I would like to visualize the drag, and learn how to design my model around the wind resistance.

I would like to see the airflow, around a spinning propeller - see the path of the air past the propeller, and the direction air will flow with different shaped objects in it's path.  Different shapes, like rectangles, rounds, a tunnel/duct, a wing, etc...

If there is way, I just need to know what to look up and study.  A tutorial or resources, or the feature for me to read and teach myself, please.  Thank you.

I did not know that existed, but thanks.  It's a very interesting piece of software.
