Unable to use any autodesk software

I am unable to use any Autodesk software or add them to my account I'm have a student licence and I can't access anything, I keep getting an error saying to renew my account and when I go to the website to renew my membership it says I have already renewed it, I have reached out to Autodesk support but they didn't do anything, I don't know what else to do

Yeah I’ve got in touch with them and they keep on sending me articles but nothing works

What do you show in your Account Manager for your software?

You should see 3DS Max listed there if you have it set up right.

Also, make sure you're Anti-Virus / Firewall isn't blocking you access to Autodesk sites

only 3ds max 2018 shows up and i need to use the 2021 and also maya doesn't show up in that list at all

 Sounds like you need to get a new student license

Maybe confirm the email used to set it up

I don't know how to do that, I tried to go through my old emails to try and find emails from autodesk but there is nothing their to verify
