Unable to use any autodesk software

I am unable to use any Autodesk software or add them to my account I'm have a student licence and I can't access anything, I keep getting an error saying to renew my account and when I go to the website to renew my membership it says I have already renewed it, I have reached out to Autodesk support but they didn't do anything, I don't know what else to do
